02 · Pre-production
Kenya Filming Permits (KFCB) typically clear in 24–48 hours. KCAA and KWS drone permits run in parallel. Scouting and crew bookings firm up as the shoot date approaches.
03 · On the day
On-set fixing throughout the shoot — vehicles, guides, accommodation, security, customs flow and integrated drone unit where it makes sense.
04 · Wrap
Customs clearance for footage and kit export. Stock archive access for supplementary coverage and pickups after the unit leaves.
